Binary Star - Masters of the Universe
Cunninlynguists - Southernunderground
Eminem - MMLP/Eminem Show (tie, first records I really listened too)
G-Unit - Beg for Mercy (ironically the album that got me into hiphop definitely, I was as big a G-Unit stan as any 14 year old at the time, even though my environment wasn't havin it)
Immortal Technique - Revolutionary vol. 2
Wu Tang - 36 Chambers
Jay-Z - American Gangster (not his best, but man those nights we'd play this, play Pro Evo 5 then go out)
Nas - Illmatic (sorry, but I listened to it so much and still do, has to be on here)
Ghostface - Ironman (my favorite mc)

I can't decide on the 10th album I'd put here.

:patrice:it's a bit all over the place, but that's what you get when you start listening to hiphop in 02/03

Eminem has no business being on any of these lists. His music doesn't age well at all.

Why not, these are personal lists. Alot of people wouldn't be on this board and supporting other hiphop artists if it wasn't for him. Whether you like that or not is whole nother discussion, but that's how it is.

You're talking about white people right?

Yeah I guess, but I'm not going to argue about whether white people should support hiphop or not, fact is they do, and for some, maybe alot of people that started with Eminem.
