Is this worth $30 for digital if I have Halo wars 2 pre-ordered and it's launching tomorrow?

I'm telling you, my love of strategy based games goes on hot streaks... It has to be QUALITY for me to be addicted...

XCom 2 for 30 is a steal... I bought the DLC, also.

It is an amazing game. The RNG shyt gets annoying when you have a 89℅ chance to hit your target but it is a miss... But the game really is amazing.

I'd watch your stream if you stream an Ironman campaign, too. shyt gets intense hen ever move you make it auto saved and once your favorite character gets bodied...He's gone forever.

Watched a stream of someone playing an Ironman run on the hardest difficulty. Didn't get his COL Sniper to the evacuation in time, he was like 4 tiles short

Yup, he had to level another Sharpshooter and ended buying a COL.

Late game I started running w 3 Specialists and leaving sniper/grenadier behind.

3 Specialists (Medic or Hacker) w threat assessment + guardian is pretty unfair.

I like running with an elite 2 sniper squad with a Psi Ops...I'm comfortable going into any battle with that.

I thought I'd hate snipers...But they can save an entire squad.

Am I a hoe if I purposely sent a bunch of new recruits to get slaughtered during the Avenger Defense mission cause I wanted to fill up the wall in the bar?

Long War 2 mod is dope. bunch of new classes and mechanics. but I been playing forever and haven't got an Advent Officer body to research yet

problem is there's so few missions where you're able to loot the battlefield after. gotta keep playing I guess...

The clock seems oppressive at first but there are lots of ways to push it back, even after it counts down there's another time which will reset it.
ID actually love to see you stream it on iron man if only to see you get crushed

Clocks not an issue really. If you get beat by the clock, plenty of other shyt beat you first.
