Depends on what you play

If you play sony exclusives you get the ps5....

But if you a madden, 2k and COD type of dude...playing the next gen games for 300 is just too good to pass up

true, but, ps5 DE would be stronger than Xbox series s for only 100 more.

I think this is great as a companion console and an option for those that don’t care about 4K.

If instead of a 4k 120fps box you getting a 1080p-1440p 60fps that's a easy downgrade to swallow considering the money you saving

It's more akin to 1080/1440p w/ low-medium settings. That's still good though especially with game pass.
