Boys, its simple to understand. They giving you MORE. See, they saying you can share your games with your family and they can play your games on any xbox one at the same time you are playing. Just have your friends have share gamertags with you and now up to ten of you can eat off a single copy :blessed: Of course only 2 of you at once, but that's an UPGRADE to what it is now. This system wouldn't work if there wasn't any online checks.
So REALLY think about it for a moment.

As for "what about if my online connection is down, I won't be able to play games :sadbron:"
You didn't even ask that question, but I'll answer it. Your online is the last thing to go down. The first thing to go down would be your power. If you don't have power, you wasn't about to play your Xbox1, your xbox360, or your Atari 2600 either. When power goes out, I use my phone's internet. We STAY connected. I'm not alone. All this gripe is just US as a society of planet earth moving forward. The same was said when people said the music industry would be totally digital. Whens the last time anyone seen a new CD cover (a pic of one on the internet doesn't count)

The-Coli.com has an online requirement nobody is complaining about
See how stupid you sound right now (no offense)

are you okay breh? you're typing like you're about to have a stroke :patrice:

steam does this...for 30 days

The 24 hour nonsense needs to be lifted, no ifs ands or buts about it.
You looking at this from your biased biitch niqqa perspective. This ain't steam bruh, this Xbox One. You share games with others on steam? (idk) does your family game on steam too? (maybe they do) but in console gaming? Its common. So to be able to "share" titles among friends and family members they have to be able to "check" somehow. Thats why 24hrs is a must. You could lend yo shiit to 10 dudes and you all can eat, but after 24hrs you gonna have to redo the process. Since you a MOD on a website, Its safe to assume you always have internet connected. So you crying over nothing really :rudy:
idk maybe a lot of people on here are from the burbs or something, but I know a lot of people that don't have wifi in their house. I know it sounds stupid cause I think it does too, but you'd be surprised how many people I know that don't have that.
Who gives a shiit about these people? They don't got no fukkin Xbox :pachaha:
Seriously bruh, if you don't have internet you not in the market for a Xbox/PS4/3even. They might wanna check out the nice PS2 systems over at the Bottom Dollar Discount isle. I understand there are less fortuate people in the wo0rld. I also understand these people aren't who ELECTRONICS are geared for. You don't have internet, you not even talking to ME RIGHT NOW. I don't want my future games to be held back because so0mebody in your neighborhood who wasn't gonna buy the system in the first place, doesn't have internet.

I just seen a stray cat walking outside, he don't have internet either :to:

And that used game part is too much of a clusterfukk. However, its a good thing that they clarified that its up to the publishers. That's the way to go about it even if they're bullshytting.

When people get pissed at these publishers and the bad press hits, they can't hide behind Microsoft and say its a system wide thing when its actually up to them to implement it :ehh:

Actually it said you can be online with ONE other person for any amount of time :win:
EDIT:
You can always play your games, and any one of your family members can be playing from your shared library at a given time.
Correction, all 10 of us can eat at the same time. $6 games here we come!!
I'll probably do this with 3/4ppl which makes games more like $15 or less :eat:

Damn a lot of good things here this game sharing thing :whew:. But WTF still no answer if i can disconnect this BS Kinect all it says.

If you don’t want the Kinect sensor on while playing games or enjoying your entertainment, you can pause Kinect. To turn off your Xbox One, just say “Xbox Off.” When the system is off, it’s only listening for the single voice command -- “Xbox On,” and you can even turn that feature off too. Some apps and games may require Kinect functionality to operate, so you’ll need to turn it back on for these experiences.

Nah b1tch i want to DISCONNECT that thing and smash it. Answer this MS i don't trust ya to not secretly record me and store all this shyt.

That 24 hours shyt is out of control dog
Doubtful the gaming community will ever accept that. Its unreasonable from a NUMBER of angles, while steam's 30 days is almost a bit to generous I think.

Somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot...if Sony were to come out and say it doesn't require a connection every 24 hours? Best believe the requirement will be lifted before November.

I guess you'd have to rig it, like with Steam, and have one offline. but that's where the one hour thing comes in

in other words, they don't want you to do that. it's kinda interesting: it's stored 'digitally' but you still gotta takes turns like with a disc
