:wtf:

Are you cats not reading what I'm saying?

This has nothing to do with the console discussion. Imagine Xbox One or whatever it's called doesn't exist.

:manny: You are in a Xbox One thread talking about something that is on topic.
I'm asking how often you lose your internet, that it's considered a regular problem. It's mindblowing to me, because myself, and everyone I know, rarely if ever loses their connection.Fred.

You can't speak for everyone though. Your connection and issues or lack there of isn't representative of everyone else's.

This sounds like the argument that Microsoft rep was making with that dude on Twitter about the always online thing.

You and everyone else's connection may be fine for the most part but some of us have sporadic internet problems. I have a 20Mb down Comcast cable connection but yet occasionally, the bytch will just not work. Router issues can also effect your connection to devices.

Japan, but from the 989
I'm just going to vent for second. But as a Xbox 360 owner, you know what....This shyt doesn't seem like it is too much of an upgrade. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic after that "event" bullshyt they tried to run past us but for the moment it seems like the steam is running out of the video game industry. It's like the major consoles went Hollywood and are selling out the gamers out for some shyt you can do on an iPad. Skype my nikka!?!? Really? Halo tv!?!? But damn that greed is strong, what are people with Gamefly subscriptions supposed to? Everytime they get mailed a game they have to pay extra to use it? This shyt has disaster written all over it. Greedy fukks. And I don't want to get into that wack ass Kinect you have to have connected to the Xboxone. This shyt has struggle written all over it. This was a waste of an event and I'm glad they showed us the actual device but damn it just wasn't a good look. And I don't wanna even talk about having that exclusive DLC for Call of Duty Ghost...Who gives a FLYING fukk about DLC!!? Come on son! Well E3 is coming up and as we have it right now, I'm looking forward to actually seeing the PS4 since they are focusing on gaming. I went hard on Sony for their bullshyt event but after this, I'm just tired of these "reveal" events. Thank you...I had to get this shyt out. I'm not impressed Microsoft. (I personally blame EA for all this BULLshyt by the way)

I'm sorry but i have an HDMI cable going from my PC directly to one of the 4 HDMI ports on my TV. the Wii U is on one, the PS3 is on another and the 360 is on the last one.

i don't need a set top box that provides PC type functionality. i got a 42 inch Vizio sitting next to my 55 inch LG in the living room. i don't need multitasking on the Xbox and its not like they're gonna give you full blown Windows anyway.

i wanna play games on my game consoles. fukk all that other garbage.

Word.

I have a TV with like 4 HDMI inputs, I have a receiver with 4 inputs... my devices are hooked up through my receiver of course, and if I have multiple shyt running, Roku, PS3, 360... it's as easy as pressing a button on my receiver to switch feeds. The voice control aspect is completely extra. I hardly use the voice commands with my phone, but I'm supposed to be hype about doing it in my house because of a console?

microsoft trying to triple up off their fanbase. wouldn't be surprised if they intentionally added faulty hardware in xbox one. forcing folks to continuously re-purchase new consoles.

Oh ok. I didn't know internet problems that severe were still a thing in 2013. :yeshrug:

I'm out when this gen is officially over. I'm not paying for another gold membership, and I'm definitely not even considering getting the Xbox Saturn and all the bullshyt attachments for it.

We ain't deserve this :to:

:snoop::snoop: WTF is Microsoft thinking!?! You need Kinect for the box to run!?!!? I need to punch someone in the fukking face right now at Microsoft. Have they not learned a DAMN thing from Sega!?!? :what:

Yeah, this was a mixed bad of an announcement. Some truly wonderful advancements were made as well as some concerning ones. I was at work and missed the entire presentation. But based on my assessment it seems that M$ is greally trying to revolutionize the concept of the moden video game console here. The idea of integrating the cable box and the console into one seamless unit is something that many companies have been trying to do, but M$ seems to be the only company with the sophisticated know how to pull this off.

Lets be honest here, only M$ could pull off something as technically sophisticated as this. The ability to bring console gaming into the world of social media is a very compelling one in my humble opinion. I mean, now you can pull off a cool stunt, then immediately share it with friends. Who could be mad at that? :kanyeshrug:

Now I am truly concerned about the kinect always being on, but this isn't a deal breaker in my opinion. I do however feel its an uncessary addition to an otherwise stellar package. Hopefully some one will knock some sense into those fukks before launch and have that requirement waived. But when it comes to multiplayer goodness, NO system will fukk with the xbox moving foward. But I find it highly ironic that the same numbskulls constantly crying about the Kinect camera being some sort of way that M$ is trying to somehow take pictures of your dumb ass in your living room as the same idiot waving their fukking Android phones in the air, reguarly keeping Google informed of all their email contents, text messages, geo location, facebook friends, complete schedules, etc. Its the fukking height of hypocrisy!

But at the end of the day I could give a flying fukk who wins this years console race because I'm long AMD....

Game on brethren, game on....
