kinda sucks. i imagine i gotta have about $1500 on hand at the end of the year to buy these systems and a few games. $1000 likely for both the systems and a few hundred in accessories and games. i already got $700 saved up for them so that's about half.

I might have to be in this boat too, Im good with my ps3 for bluray, and 360 for occasional gaming

None of the negatives really effect me right now, but I can see it in the future, im waiting until e3 but if all of this is true, only way in getting a next gen is if somebody gifts it

i had no idea the Kinect was this bad. people were trying to watch the event streamed on their 360s and their Kinects kept responding to the guy saying Xbox. Imagine if you're playing a game and someone ask are you playing that Xbox and it pauses your game because someone said Xbox.

But if you use it...its going to be on is it not? Regardless of whether you have a "choice" to use it doesnt matter. If you decide you wanna use the EYE its gonna be watching you just like the kinect would be

The fukk are you even talking about "it doesn't matter"? The point is that I'm not interested in any of that shyt. I don't want EYE and I don't want Kinect. But only Microsoft has made it where I don't even have a choice in the matter. I can turn on PS4 and play what I want w/o EYE.

I'm honestly seeing the appeal of the Wii U over the Xbox One. At least with the Wii U, you just have to wait for good games to come out to use it. The Xbox One just sounds like a bunch of bloated nonsense with restrictions all over the place compared to another machine that is technically more powerful and has none of the BS the ONE has.

Maybe YOU personally dont want the EYE. But im sure there are people in this thread that would use it, which makes the whole argument about the Kinect "seeing what you do" useless.

Alot of Playstation Prodigal Sons will be coming home this holiday...Sony knows they fukked up out of the gate with the PS3 price. Sony took that 300 dollar L per unit when the PS3 first launched trying to do their best. They got better and gave us all this exclusive piff then gen. And even better this year.
