Yes but as Nintendo show the console concept will be dead by 2026 2027. Cloud is the future especially with 5g and 6g. Microsoft is already ahead of the curve. Mobile and on the demand gaming is where it's at.

Because mobile breaking sale records over Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo is the leading platform in Asia and America being a mobile device. Microsoft can offer next gen console gaming without a dedicated device. That's a game changer

What you mean they already at 20 mil subscribers and that's a quarter bill monthly. Imagine when it gets to 30 million to 40 million plus subscribers. It should reach that level with Elders Fallout etc..

Plus Gamepass helps smaller AA developers or titles. Grounded has over 10 million players in its lifetime as a Work in Progress. Sea of Thieves 20 million plus players. These numbers help Microsoft in future development and possible DLC etc.

Even so this is just one year. Sony usually has multiple projects competing for GOTY every year. Also to be considered is Sony straight up vacated the second half of the year. Stuff like God of War and Horizon were delayed. Games like Returnal and Ratchet and Clank weren't their A team.
