Fox bought the rights to everything X-men/Fantastic 4 a long time ago. Marvel can't do anything about it. They would have to make a deal like they did with Sony/Spiderman to get any kind of control backtrue..but whats good with Marvel letting Fox do all these TV shows

Not true, FOX only has movie rights, they need Marvels blessing to do TV shows...seems fishy.

Pilot was better than I expected it to be.
I don't think that's correct. Fox owns all LIVE action rights to Xmen, not just movies
**EDIT** just googled it unless I'm looking in the wrong place, FOX owns all LIVE rights to Xmen and F4. They even sued Marvel back in 2001 for a TV show called "Mutant X" that Marvel produced because they used the word "mutant".
