All I wanted is Rogue and cold blooded MystiqueMaybe I'm too close to the material since I rocked with the x men hard body during elementary and middle school but are you really trying to tell me casuals don't rock with gambit, storm, or rogue?
Because none of them are really overpowered. There's great diversity in the utility of their powers which flows more natural than most superhero teams where there's too much of the same.Just saw it. It wasn't terrible. Expected a lot worse. It was definitely a decent standalone film. But these movies have thrown timeline and continuity in the bushes a few movies ago. It also proved the X men have the best powers. Some of the action and set pieces were awesome.
Sophie Turner's acting during the street scene was fukking awful, her head was shaking like cray when she was speaking Chastain was a pointless character, she was just a hypeman. Also Jean was 8 in 1975, 35 in 1992 but looks like she's 21
Storm getting washed by some dreads
Jean talking about everywhere she goes, she kills people but she only killed one person before she said that line
The action was better in this movie than XMA but both movies are on the same level in terms of quality imo
Same. I was trying to find a stream Thursday night but kept getting some low quality stuff so ended up watching a few episodes of the animated series. I realized that I never watched the episode featuring Cannonball when it originally aired back in 1997. Instead of bracing for disappointment by watching Dark Phoenix I instead got to see a previously unwatched episode. The reception to this movie made me start rewatching the animated show which I haven't seen in years.
Storm was fine asf
