Why is Cyclops being singled out for jobbing to the X-Cutioner?
Dude solo'ed the whole team outside of Magneto. He completely ho'ed Bishop, Beast and Gambit.
Bishop is the only main who hasn't had a signature character moment in the first two episodes.
Blinded cyke still put up the best fight outside of Morph.
It's not a big deal. It's how super hero story telling is done. The heroes will job out to villains and vice versa.

Good thing, Beau DeMayo (before he got fired) said that Rogue x Gambit is an OTP (one true pairing), so I'm not worried. The Rogneto thing is just a red herring

First in 91-93, in 95 AOA, Magneto War/Magneto Rex 99, X Men Legacy 2011.
Pre Fox show..pre Rogue/Gambit...even after he zapped the earth with the EMP in Fatal Attractions, she still didnt want him to fight with all those lives at stake. This story has been there for years...went away in the last decade while they pushed the Rogue/Gambit marriage...Magneto and Rogue had a thing going on in the Savage Land going all the way back to Uncanny X-men #274 (March 1991).
