PG is a huge part of what’s helped them get to this point $$$ wise and as Fox moves into post-Disney acquisition life, they’re apparently looking to go more “family friendly” in general.

Plus people forget that UPN and CW weren't playing TV-14 either. Smackdown was PG long before RAW was.
