PG is a huge part of what’s helped them get to this point $$$ wise and as Fox moves into post-Disney acquisition life, they’re apparently looking to go more “family friendly” in general.

Live tv in an era where a lot of people record. Advertisers and networks love live stuff. Vince has a built in audience and also it doesn’t cost the networks anything to produce the show. All they have to do is pay Vince and he’ll do the rest

Probably. Live sports is the only thing still drawing ratings like that in 2018. They wouldn't give this much money for a taped show.
