He's an "owner" so the rule never applied to him, since like Decemeber when they nixed the GM and Commish.
Makes no damn sense. This is because they can’t book a show. They have talent that haven’t been on TV, yet Shane can be on whenever, and this stupid ass wild card rule. We’ll see the same rotation of people in impromptu tag matches and triple threat matches on a weekly basis. WTF
