So that they can’t become big names in other promotions. It’s always either outright sabotage them or don’t put them on tv at all to condition the crowd to think these guys ain’t shyt because they “couldn’t cut it” in the biggest promotion on the planet, but nobody ever looks good in this company.
They need to start having weekly 8 man tags on both Raw and Smackdown and mainly have the guys that are rarely used in those matches, New Japan does that concept right

part of the problem is you got all these people getting called up but no one is getting sent to 205 or NXT
a guy like Gable would be great for 205, he’d thrive on a workrate based show and that show needs some fresh faces
guys like Shelton or Harper could go to NXT and have a Cesaro type run as the vet who can help season the rookies and have great matches with em at the same time
have Rusev and Lana have a run in NXT UK for awhile even though they ain’t British those crowds would still love it and that show in general needs more star power
if they ain’t gonna do shyt with these acts and just have em sitting in catering for months then they might as well make moves like this but they never do
