Do you need NWO version to get the NWO CAWs?

And I already have the standard edition, is it worth it to drop 60 for the NWO edition?
I was gone drop 20 for the season pass anyway so is the NWO version worth the extra 40?
If all I get is Hoegan, Hall, Nash and Syxx, I dunno if that’s worth paying an extra 40 for

In past WWE 2k’s you couldn’t download a CAW unless u had certain DLC. That’s why I asked do you need the NWO pack to download those NWO CAWs in that vid you posted?
Or is it different this year where you can download any CAW and it doesn’t matter if u have DLC or not?
