They need an actual offensive system next year and going forward. D'Antoni is an assistant for the Sixers right? I would've loved if he came here as just an "offensive coordinator" type role. They need someone to come in and take over the offense because Wade hero ball can only last so long.

This won't change until we have a new coach. 8 years and still no offensive system. This guy took two entire seasons to figure out how to use prime LeBron. 8 years in and all he's got for Wade is isolation plays and a pick and roll at the top of the arc. Once in a while he gets a post up chance. Any offense is better than what we have.

- Haslem is gone and can be a coach moving forward. The team gotta make a decision on Bosh. I'd love to keep him if he can stay healthy but that's looking almost impossible now and I don't want a player dying on the damn court. He may need to retire
- I'd say we can either keep Deng or keep McRoberts. Not bother. And if prefer we ship McBob somewhere else and use the cap room to keep Deng to mentor Winslow.
- Winslow needs to get in the gym. Tired of seeing this kid trying to jump but cant quite make it up there like he should

- Resign Whiteside at all cost.
