He's not going to retire and we're not going to clear him.

He comes off the books the day after the last time he played

What does that mean exactly. I know the heat don't want him to play but this could get really messy

Nah, it worked well with Whiteside was healthy because Whiteside is such a dominant rebounder (Unless Jonas is on the floor :francis:) but you need a rim protector for it to work
hassan grabbed 17 boards in game 1. dude was hobbled after the game 1 fall. he barely had any mobility. once he adds another 10-15 lbs he's gonna be a monster. it's hard to move guys who got you by 30 lbs. I think hassan has to calm down on the jumping and play a more settled game.

Also it was fun coli Heat fans. Posting on here instead of on bleacher report and espn this season was a million times better.

:blessed:
Absolutely. I moved to Brooklyn last week so I'm in hostile territory (wore my heat shirt out to dinner last night with my girl and the waiter heckled me all night), so the ability to post with other fans is a major gift. Now if only we could keep the trolls out of our thread.

He has the upper-body strength to box out strong rebounders but lacks the leg strength and elusive foot-work to get around his defenders in the offensive end. Building more muscle on his lower body and attending Hakeem's academy will get him right. Moreover, another part of his game I like to see him to get better is his pick and roll defense. That's a weakness of his that was exploited whenever we played a team with a stretched 4. He isn't far being a dominant big men. He just needs to work on a few things. It has been too long since the league has a center that can maturely evolved into a dominant player on both side of the court. Hassan is that dude. I hope Pat can create enough cap room to give Hassan a max contract.
