Nah, he's a good post player. He was able to abuse Budinger or some other Whiteboy in the post last year.

It's just that the ugly shot and relatively low release doesn't give me hope for consistency especially when being guarded by a guy with no length or defensive ability. He gotta create more separation to get that shot off cleaner or it's not gonna be reliable.

But maybe it's a new set they're trying to experiment with so that's good.

Thinking team comparisons and best I could come up with is those Dwight-lead Orlando teams, strictly personnel not wins/losses. We'll have more athleticism but won't be as good at the 3 point line, seems to be a heavy emphasis in camp on creating space for Dragic and Whiteside to create/

Who is going to be our shooters? Orlando had Nelson, Lewis, Hedo, pietrus, JJ Reddikk, Alston. I haven't kept as close watch of our roster this offseason. Have we got anyone besides josh Richardson and Tyler Johnson? We need some quality shooters on the outside.

well if the base requirement is shooting and nothing else you got TJ, Richardson, Ellington, Babbitt. Regardless of who is on the floor you just have to create good opportunities, I dont worry too much about who is or isnt statistically a great shooter, if the floor is spaced that's going to give the 1 & 5 room to operate and get others good shots..Wade and Deng were 16 and 34% from 3 last year and those were 2 starters. We'll easily get a better percentage at 3 from whoever they choose to start next to Dragic, and then the hope is Winslow's offseason work translates as well.

wow just as I say it. Yeah they may as well have renamed it the Dwight Howard award he won it so many times in a row while covering for so many bad defenders.
