I havent even been posting cause its the same cats that been PMS'ing for 2 weeks now. As bad as yall think it is, this wasnt even a nuclear offseason. kept whiteside, retained all our young talent, filling the gaps as best they can with a couple shooters and nice young rotation big Willie Reed, who a lot of ppl wanted last summer. I'm remembering all the posts that said this is a 25 win team :heh:

I feel good brah. I miss Wade but I like our young players. We aren't winning a championship any time soon but we're going to reposition ourselves for the near future.

5th seed, 2nd round exit this upcoming season.

Now that I think about it, is Hassan a young player? :francis:

Dude is like the same age as Curry and Durant, right? He's smack in the middle of his physical prime. :jbhmm:

You think we're fifth seed this year? :leostare:

I do breh. I don't see the doom and gloom. Maybe I'm being naively optimistic.

if he can stay healthy i'm not mad about this. dude has a lot of potential and he's tough as hell. even though we've lost a lot i'm still excited about the season. our team is very unpredictable right now because we have a lot of young guys who can either take the leap or hit a wall. if they all take that next step we could make some noise. especially if bosh comes back healthy. hassan, bosh, justise, j rich, and dragic. that's not a bad starting 5 at all. our bench is gonna be weak as fukk though. in order for us to land some key free agents we have to at least compete for the playoffs.

hassan is a young 27. he doesn't have a lot of mileage on him. I think he'll be great for his whole contract. then he'll start to taper off.

So put a number on it. How many games does the team win? :lupe:

I say 35-40 if Bosh is healthy and we have no injuries. :lupe:

Maybe you know better. :leon:

Healthy bosh and no injuries? They could win 40-45 games. Its going to be a faster pace without wade, deng, and joe. More athleticism and more shooting, Dragic probably has a career year.

:ld:

That's true. I think I'm just nervous about injuries.

:salute:

Ain't nothing wrong with optimism. I dunno if we gonna be as good as we were last year which is top 5 seed but we need brehs like you to balance out brehs like me.

At the very least, I think we'll be a pretty fun team to watch due to the athleticism, dunking, and kind of players we got :ld:

The biggest problem is I'm not really seeing a lot of playmakers and shot creators out of the half court set. Winslow is probably our smartest passer and has the best vision followed by McRoberts. :ld:

We also have a team that is gonna be very dependent on proper lineup adjustments to get the most out of our players and Spo has never been good at that kinda stuff. :merchant:

I just see this as a dead year. A way for our young players to get some experience under they belt and to see if Hassan has the chops to lead a team as a franchise cornerstone :yeshrug:

I agree with everything you said except for having more shooting

But I say mid 30's to low 40's in wins....(if we have a healthy Bosh)

It could be worse. You could have Ernie Grunfeld running your team.

Count your blessings.
