I'll say this, it was their most successful attempt at trying to recreate the 36 Chambers sound to me. It's definitely got some great songs on it
Millionaire feat, whole family eat; yo, y'all nikkas is weak
Got a bird beak, chirp chirp speak
And then you got songs like Conditioner or Clap
that 36 education, they helped raise this breh
Angolan?
you wasn't feeling it tua?
Rza created this song with Aaliyah in mind (for the hook and in the video), but she turned them down. Rumor has it that Timberland and her peoples convinced her it wasnt a good idea because the WU was yesterday's news at the time. Aaliyah being on GP would have changed the whole complexion and quality of the song, no doubt. I still like it tho.
100%
RZA had me thinking he took some African track for that joint...especially with the drumsConditioner and Clap are the two weakest songs, imo, but neither one is that bad. And the other songs range from dope to terrific.

He just slowed this down
i didnt hate the song...i thought it was catchy as hell but it wasn't like a lasting type of catchy...hell its been in a while since i actually heard this song reallyI hate it brother, the w is superb made album..but that song left a foul taste in my ears.
Might beholy shyt, is this the source for Tower Heist by Ross and Nas? sounds similar
I'd kill to peep inside of RZA's vault brehOne thing related to this album I always wanted to find was a behind the scenes video of the recording of The W that played on Heavy.com back when which played many of the beats of songs that didn't make it in the background as Gee Bee interviewed the Clan. It's one of those rare things that hasn't popped back up on the internet.
