WTF was we thinking when we used to rock baggy clothes?

I have clothes that I felt were tight as shyt back then, that i look at as baggy right now. I copped some Paper Denim jeans and only rocked them on some BS missions b/c they felt tight compared to everything else SMH

I never rocked baggy like that ... Loose fitting maybe.. a waist size larger ... I rock 34 in jeans but 32 for dress slacks ... and I do a Large shirt .. maybe am xL depending on the fit and thats it..
I never rocked 40 jeans and 4X shyt ...

And thats still the way i dress today... you aint catching me in no damn 28 skinny jeans and I need 34... I'm pissed they selling skinny jeans in baby sizes... I dont want my 18 month old in no damn skinny jeans

I honestly don't see the problem with baggy pants. Actually I'm wearing bangy pants right now. They're comfortable as shyt. I'm a man who doesn't really follow trends and wears what's comfortable.

It was the norm back then. A nikka wouldn't be caught dead wearing anything remotely tight. My short sleeve shirt sleeves had to come past my elbows and my shorts had to be to my shins or I wasn't rockin that shyt! The late 90's/ early 00's styles were definitely not trash, just everything was super big compared to now. They actually started making the clothes smaller like 2006. So everyone wears clothes that are fitted or tight as fukk! That is the norm now so of course everything before it is gonna seem wack in retrospect. But in another 10 years people will be shytting on the styles of today. It's all a cycle.

it's crazy when you think about how people's perceptions and values change over time. like eyeglasses for instance. the really thick rimmed, nerdy types of frames are what's 'in' right now, but in ten years time i wonder how people are going to view them.
