looks like a challenging and interesting project to tackle. mixing cement and measuring is an art and skill in itself.

Theres nothing interesting about it,im gonna use my regular indoor oven that came with the damn house and not waste time on projects that take thousands of dollars to build that get used less than 5 times a year :mjlol:

I had a prefabricated kit. Those are the legit ovens tho. The Italian dude that I hired told me those ovens would last 20 years and would just get better with age. It's considered an art form in Italy. They basically cook all their Sunday meals in a wood oven. Every Italian family has a big azz wood fire oven

some years ago an Catholic church in my old hood up north brought over some Italian workers to install the exterior tiles on their new building. today, i notice the Cubans immigrants here in miami have great building skills. we know how to jail break phones and get free cable.

Is that what we are doing now? Where are the real cobblers? Where are the alchemists? Let me go to the speakeasy and find me a two-bit Sally.

Building a brick oven is as useful as ...

Italians are skilled as fukk when it comes to building beautiful shyt. Some tradies were so treasured, that some glass makers were even banned from migrating to other countries during the renaissance period as they seen as national treasures. You might have 10 generations of Italian masons or tilers in one family. They take pride in their work
