Time out.

You called your friends to build a pizza oven for you. They told you to gtfoh. You hired an old italian man to do it for you. And now you are on the internet complaining about the lack of handyman skills men have in this day and age? You're part of the problem, pal.
Think you read it wrong. It was a two person job and he needed one other person

In my family, the women are the "handymen".
The boys just play video games or pursue arts and sports, go to college and date/marry white wimminz and whatever else.

It's the true definition of people raising their daughters and loving their sons.

I know a variety of household stuff - I can change door knobs, replace a sink, fix a leaky faucet or pipe, put gutters up outside, change a broken window, etc. Don't know how to do brick work but if I was working with someone who could guide me I probably could handle it.

This is something we can address tho. If you're a father and know some basic things, don't just teach them to your son - if you have a cousin or nephew who doesn't have a father, invite him over and teach him too.

I don't chase single moms but I swear, if you want to make their panties drip...display some competent workman skills. I change my sister's oil, and the last time I did it I was out at her apartment. Bunch of lil kids were outside watching me so I asked a few for help - basic shyt like having them put some newspaper down on the floor for leaks. I didn't let them get under the car unless their mom said it was ok. Saw a couple of their moms looking through the window at me with :noah:faces brehs.

I wasn't gonna get involved but if that's what you're into...

Maybe they should have chosen better fathers for their children in the first place.
