I know a variety of household stuff - I can change door knobs, replace a sink, fix a leaky faucet or pipe, put gutters up outside, change a broken window, etc. Don't know how to do brick work but if I was working with someone who could guide me I probably could handle it.
This is something we can address tho. If you're a father and know some basic things, don't just teach them to your son - if you have a cousin or nephew who doesn't have a father, invite him over and teach him too.
I don't chase single moms but I swear, if you want to make their panties drip...display some competent workman skills. I change my sister's oil, and the last time I did it I was out at her apartment. Bunch of lil kids were outside watching me so I asked a few for help - basic shyt like having them put some newspaper down on the floor for leaks. I didn't let them get under the car unless their mom said it was ok. Saw a couple of their moms looking through the window at me with
faces brehs.
