I don't miss the gym as much as I thought I'd would.
-Lifting shirtless
-Playing music as a loud as I want, and not fukkin up my eardrums with earbuds
-Not having to worry about wiping down machines
-Don't gotta wait to use equipment or worry about people waiting till you're done with your set
-Can look up new exercises on the fly and add them immediately if I feel shyt is getting stale
-Can make a post workout protein shake ASAP
Slowly adding new equipment to my lil home setup is becoming addicting.
Not even gonna front, having some of the stuff at home is real nice. Even though my gym is 24hrs and less than a mile from my house, when they open back up I might still do the home stuff until this pandemic settle down.
What cage is that? Nice set up
All of that stuff I posted in the links above arrived. Also Ordered a Seated Calf Raise machine from Overstock. Spent a day-and-a-half moving everything around in the garage, cleaning, and setting up. Have two 6'x4' Exercise Mats coming in a few days that will cover the entire exercise space.
After my workout I turn the flat bench sideways, take the safety pins out, and roll over the bottom frames so both cars still fit comfortably.
I Done spent over 2-2600 maybe the past two months on Kettlebells, Plates, Squat Rack, bench, bar, Dip stand, and resistance bands.
Yeah. I was always hesitant but this pandemic is gonna shake things up for a while and these home workouts were NOT hitting like the gym at all for meSame, but still had some bands and my bowflex adjustable dbs from 10years ago. Waiting on my bench to show up.
i guess ppl getting creative...
Thanks Breh
