Yeah we all know u can stack money and travel on vacation but that's no the purpose for everyday life of the question I am asking. On top of that, if u live in the tourist place ur essentially already in a vacation destination.

well this is pretty logical

1. if you are getting 45k for something vs minimum wage, lets just assume the 45k is more of a real job and a resume maker
2. save up more money living in a cheaper place vs a "swank" city
3. use 1 and 2 to move to a better city with a higher paying job

I think I'd rather take the min. wage pay and just be happy everyday in a cool, lively place. Sounds crazy, but you'd be happier as a person.

What would be the point of living in the worst part of a great city? I wouldn't have enough ends to do anything. I would take the $45 thousand, find a modest home on cheap land and buy enough movies, books and video games to entertain myself with. I would built a decent home gym in the basement too.

Even with that kind of money, after awhile it does kinda SUCK to live in these smaller midwestern cities. Its pointless to have guap but nothing worth spending it on. Because of this I've started traveling more tho.

But, if you had the same money in a big city, you wouldn't be able to travel as frequently.

This will be me too in about a month. Moving to Charlotte and should expect to get around 100-120k with my bonus. In all honesty, this aint shyt in NYC where I'm moving from, but I'm looking forward to making this much in Charlotte. I should be living like a B-tier black rapper

That's exactly what I'm contemplating right now. I'm seriously trying to move to a bigger city but ain't trying to go backwards money wise. But after 7 years living in a small midwestern city that shyt has me going crazy. Especially now that I'm single.
