That’s a good question actually. I feel like back in the day I’d probably say hottest, but now I kinda detest hot weather and I can handle cold weather more than I used to.. it’s all about knowing how to layer up with less. I really can’t pick man lol.

Coldest. Yakutia actually isn't that cold all year round, the winters are just brutal

It doesn't get warm per se' but it can get into the 70's...Which is comfortable.

Go get you a Yakut or Sakha woman to keep you warm in the winter
