Kryptonian for the simple fact that you don't have to train for your powers.

Would be nice to able to kaioken, instant transmission, and shoot signature ki blasts but you gotta put in too much work.

Exactly, Vegeta & Goku are like the masters of their race and they got killed like 3+ times each

And you clearly know nothing about Kryptonians especially the most powerful ones. The average Saiyan is NOT like Goku or Vegeta who got their amps through other stuff like the Kais. is instant Transmission even apart of Saiyans powerset? Hell is powerlevel sensing too? As Vegeta early on needed scouters.

Kryptonians don't need training to become insanely powerful. Also IIRC Goku and Vegeta said they became stronger by dying or something like that.
