Cinci really hasn't been
bad since the late eighties early nineties....they've virtually redone over the Rhine (where Omar epps and ll filmed in too deep)....it's all gentrified now....
but Dayton is just bad fam. I feel you on the comparisons, but it's only that way cuz det., nj and stl still have a decent migration rate....absolutely no one is migrating to Dayton, I actually think this is why it's so bad....same people living in the same place generation after generation....just all out blight. Det. at least had the auto big three , stl the beer brewing and NJ being so close to nyc....cats migrate there cuz theres money being made there legal and illegal.....Dayton is just all illegal....it's some factories and what not but most of them move to cinci....and the ones who stay just shoot it out

Fasho. But I think u misunderstood me a lil bit lol. Detroit is 95% blight and tore up shyt. Full blocks with not a single liveable house, full blocks with all bandos and 2 liveable houses thats occupied smh. Big ass factory buildings abandoned with all the houses close to them tore up.
Detroit had it real bad since the 60's. I think we are top 10 as far as the size of the cities in Amerkkka. All of those other cities in the top 10 has over a million residents, Detroit has less than 700,000 but is a fukking huge city with literally hundreds is square miles of tore up shyt. Our population is at least 90% black and so is our police force and all governmental positions. We are the blackest big city in America BY FAR. It's really fukked up cause we SHOULD have been the place where nikkas from around the world came to get good/well paying work positions. That's what we were before the riot in 67 but after that popped, it was a wrap. A lot of our main streets still have big ass business buildings all bandos for miles.
Im kinda obsessed wit this type of shyt cause of the sheer size of this shyt. As a youngin I was thinking that all big cities would be similar but it's just different up here. U see how nikkas will say shyt like "East" St Louis or "Southside" Chicago, with Detroit it's pretty much the whole city outside of small ass Indian village which has old mansions for about 10 blocks and Sherwood Forest which is dope as fukk and bigger than IV, but still a small radius. Hell, some streets across 8 Mile has even been affected.
We should be much fukkin better than this, but the riot, the ups and downs of the auto industry, the crack era, and what........... I don't know, fukking Inferno Man went thru this bytch burning houses for entertainment lol. In all honesty though, the police was fire bombing weed and crack spots back when I was in high school. I guess they thought that was a good way to keep nikkas from ooening shop back up.
I get what u are saying though bro, and I know Dayton is grimey looking as hell but Detroit is a whole nother monster. This shyt right here stretches for over a mile, prob bout 2 miles to be honest. shyt always amazed me as a kid
