Greed uncheck is ruining this country. The problem is people are scared of a revolution and actual change. Gentrification was a slick way of the powers that be to justify being greedy and making money. Its a shame that too many in the general public especially the middle class and upper working class because now the cost of living is up everywhere. The same folks are literally moving around and they are supporting the same problematic shyt

Do I smell....an upcoming banning? :sas1:
They let CACs say all kinds of wild things on here but the moment I hold divestors accountable i get banned. Make it make sense. My last ban was because I posted about the haitian women who twerked on N*ck F*entes. Apparently it's a bannable offense to expose divestors but it's 100% okay to post about bedbucks all day on here.

Crime will just go up. America on the verge of becoming a real life Gotham City.
Crime has already went up. The media is just not telling you everything. REITs and leasing isn't even safe anymore in luxury apartments anymore because the inflation market has impacted the cost of keeping and maintaining security.

800 a month for car+insurance and u broke :russ:

Who told u to sign your finances away for a damn vehicle? 800 gets you a brand new mountain bike that can do 40ph uphill in the rain. No insurance required. Get a job close by where u live. Take lyft/uber/bus when the weather isn't ideal. Stack that 800 a month into your savings and watch it grow. In 5 years that's 50k+ to work with.

I've lived it, if u live in a mild climate and u broke it's your own damn fault. Bad financial decisions. Jacked up attitudes and a super inflated ego leading to an inability to keep a job. Stupidity. Just plain stupidity. This is what leads a lot of losers to becoming broke worthless adults, and still, so many do not look at themselves.

Yeah I said it. If u an adult over the age of 30 living in your car in America u stupid. Plain and simple. U r an imbecile and should be ashamed of yourself
First of all, most regions of this nation have shytty public transportation
Outside of maybe 10 cities(and I’m being generous) getting around without a car is damn near impossible
Mild weather conditions be damn and even that’s changing
Second, how are you expecting people to have money for Uber/Lyft when the majority of Americans don’t even have $500 in their savings account
nikka that still costs money
Then you factor in health insurance(copays just don’t disappear, you have to pay those and high ass premiums just to even be seen by a doctor)
This rent ain’t 1999/Early 2000 anymore
Even if you are capable of getting a job close to work
Those prices are still kicking peoples asses
Car maintenance
Home/Renters/Car Insurance
Even if you just budgeted for necessities, you still getting washed because everything is going up
Car insurance is rocketing because of not only greed but payouts for accidents, home break ins, etc
Gas is never coming back down
Grocery prices are insane
You typing all this yellow cake, bootstrap bullshyt but clearly you “ain’t lived it” to be talking like this
Anybody that’s been down bad or came from ducked up financial pasts
Don’t walk around with the arrogance you so called financial savants do
Day in and day out on this forum
nikkas hate cacs but be using the same talking points as them
Displaying no empathy
shyt Warren Buffett has more empathy and none of you nikkas typing on this forum will ever touch the amount of wealth he has
Y’all not righteous or for the people
You nikkas cosplaying and performing for other mentally ill sycophants for likes
Foh bytch ass nikka

NGL reading to stories like this keeps me up at night.

Crazy how bad the housing market is so bad that she can’t find anything for 72k salary. Also speaks to how detrimental it is to have / maintain good credit

@Gloxina how ride or die are you again :mjpls:
Not living in a car ride or die, I’ll tell you that.:mjtf::picard:

But on the real this is a bit spooky because this sista walked up to my car asking for some help because she’s got a short amount of time to get the $ needed I guess for a deposit on her apartment? :sadcam:

And this is a nice area so that makes me sad.

Just finished cardio and I came to do my grocery shopping now (so productive- knocked out my laundry @7am before hitting the gym at 9).

So I guess I’ll give her some cash when I get out of the store if I find her.

I guess it is getting bad out here

Y’all, it is so important for those of us who have the gumption and wherewithal to push and strive to be as successful and secure as possible. This stuff frightens the F out of me, for real. I’m in a bubble to an extent, but if you don’t produce that bubble can certainly pop!
