Once I got into management, all the married women were throwing it at me. Then they found out my age. I shut that shyt down

I stick to my guns re: not mixing business with pleasure. I don't even engage in team building activities. If I can't get out of it, I stay for 1 hour max. Same with business trips.

I've learned that it's not what you know but who you know.
That coworkers who seemed tight would tell each other's business when they inevitably fell out. I mean all of it. I learned that people disclose info while trying to extract personal info...I always redirect.
I've seen women do a combination of mothering/molesting dudes - adjusting his collar/feeling his pecs, etc. I've seen ass-kissing employees not be rewarded for their efforts and the aloof employees get all the rewards recognition, lol. Etc.

Fascinating read about the women mothering/nurturing the men... How were you able to spot this coz on a surface it's seemingly innocuous
