Yeah, America has no official language but the lingua Franca is English. Not everyone has to speak it fully at the establishment but there has to be someone who can at all times. Brwh, you purposely skipped a big portion of what I'm saying. Them not liking blacks means nothing to me. I said no one in an establishment speaks ANY English. Just not going to happen. You can't get permits and what not if you do not deal with the local government. As I said, the Lingua Franca is English in the United States.
Yes, I am sure you have been to a place where employees don't speak English, me too . But ALL of those places have an English speaking owner or manager. You can't have a business in any country without speaking the Lingua Franca of National language. Period.

So again, it's not at all stupid to expect someone to speak the language or them to get in contact with an owner or manager that does speak it.
Just like it is illegal to require employees to only speak English in the US, it's illegal to deny service based on them only speaking Spanish.
