You might have had a point if they were in a private space but these people were working in a public place of business, a chain restaurant at that, where most items are simplified by menu number and named in Spanish anyway.
She knew enough English to adamantly refuse service to this group of Black people. So why would she not just take their order?
And your point about the languages being native to the land is silly also. If I open a business in Egypt and only serve people speaking English instead of Arabic, it's ok because we're not speaking the same language that was spoken when the Pharaohs were alive and the pyramids were being built?

I lived out in South Florida for about 6 years and worked right down the road from this Taco Bell. Although I've never been denied service anywhere. I'll say that it's typical of cubans only wanting to speak spanish and stare at you with the 
face if you come up in their spot speaking in english. That shyt threw me off when i first moved there. I just made it a point to not patronize businesses with that attitude. or business that would refer to me a the mullato and trust that bytch understood what the customer was saying and her replies in spanish were mostly direct responses to the customer. Glad she was fired and they should keep putting more of those dumb fukks on blasts. as I'm sure it's not that rare of an occurrence.

Man, that's why I ain't even seriously try to learn Spanish growing up down there. If I learn a foreign language, it would be to interact with people from different countries from a business or travel perspective, not to order a fu***ing 7 layer burrito in my own country.
I worked at a Pollo Tropical down there and I did learn the entire menu in Spanish. It was enough to take the order 9/10 times if the person didn't speak English. Only time I needed help was when somebody had detailed questions and s**t. I was in their element so I gave at least more effort than this chick, even though it was still in the U.S.
As my pops been saying for 30 years, the last American to leave Miami, please bring the flag with you (I know we dgaf about the flag anymore but its just part of the saying)
