For the c00nservative crowd who always Blame Black people here's the deal rarely do super violent criminals, or local Nino Brown type drug lords get pulled over for bullshyt. Actual Career criminals know not to "ride dirty". The cops tend to kill "mopes" meaning dudes who get accused of aggressive loitering shoplifting Joy riding and shyt like that. Cops are told to be super aggressive to get compliance and usually a "mope" is a dude who gets stopped and frisked a zillion times a day. Then one day they have a bad day or in the case of the brother in South Charleston they don't want o go to jail because they just got a job or really need to make money that day Like Brother Eric Garner or the other Brother in Baton Rouge. They flex and the cops shoot them.

What the lady should've done was be complaint but not consent to a search of the vehicle. Once the cop knew it wasn't the dude he was looking for he relaxed and didn't even ask was there anything in the car that could hurt him. He could've used the I smelled weed excuse but even if the cop found the baggie and the gun that could've been thrown out. Even if convicted a first time charge, not her car gun not in plain sight would've been thrown out or she would've gotten a suspended sentence. But as a non criminal she didn't know any of that and panicked.

If you're a constitionalist or a conservative you'd probably believe constitutional carry which is you can have a gun unless you're a felon, so it shouldn't even been a reason to for her to trip in the first place. And you got to admit the weed laws are ridiculous. in one city it's decriminalized and in others you can grow and sell a plantation full of weed. Just like our gun laws.

The only reason you'd celebrate this and the officers fukked up tactics is if you think it's a good thing that a so called "mope" was killed.
