Yea I’m trying figure out, was she legally obligated to consent to the search? The car wasn’t hot, just belonged to someone with warrants. Once it’s clear that he’s not in it, I don’t see why he’d have grounds to search her.
Bro. She’s tried to flee...then She shot him. No need to make it more complex.

familiarize yourself with the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine.

Evidence derived from illegal police actions is generally inadmissible.

he said he stopped her because the car belonged to someone with 6 outstanding warrants. what prompted him to run her plates in the first place?
Once he established that she wasn't the individual who owned the vehicle, not the person with 6 arrest warrants and the only occupant of the vehicle, what prompted him to search her personal belongings? did she have a right to refuse a search of her personal belongings thus ending the police interaction?

yes this woman made some poor decisions in that encounter but would those choices present themselves if the officers actions were legal and free of prejudice?

Nice shifting of goalposts, she went out firing against an enemy combatant....

Domestic terrorists don't get this benefit as they are cowards....
She got pulled over because of warrants on the car that had nothing to do with her...

Why drive in a car that is involved with some shyt? She wasn't the brightest bulb in the box since she had her own VIP Suite in the jail system..
