white agenda is why Dwight is gone, you pay him all that (relatively) money and you can't use him in the final minutes of a game, Dwight got Jason Heyward'd

Of course the ATL
OP add me to all Atlanta related sports shoutouts.

But fukk this nikka Schlenk. Got rid of Dwight talking bout he doesnt fit the system cause Bud wants to space the floor, but we draft someone in the 1st round who never attempted a 3 in college

As Ive stated before, I did not like the Wop trade for several reasons. We got average to below average players (Marco Bellinelli & Miles Plumlee), got a worse draft pick (31 to 41) and didn't really save a lot of money (I think we got 3-4 million in savings). Even if most of us agree that Wop wasn't the best fit the trade itself was bad execution on the part of the GM.

As for the current team, current roster there's a lot of question marks obviously dominated by what's gonna happen with Sap and THJR. I liked the draft but none of those players are ready to start the season for us. Excited to see them in Summer League

And BTW, Schlenk has said this is NOT a rebuild so we will see how he tries to "rebuild" this team. Hopefully WOAT is next out the door

White agenda:laff:

Y'all really wanted to keep dwight?:francis:

you still need someone to get rebounds and put backs, the warriors won two titles because of rebounds and putbacks, they lost one when their center was hurt, Im fine with the new 4 they just drafted, I can turn the page on dwight howard considering that I never wanted him in the first place. But I can also see that he is being scarified for the other sins this franchise has, not definitive shooting guard or small forward, and an okat at best playmaker at point guard.

No. We talked about it last season and I brought it up in the context of making a potential playoff run, but we're in rebuild mode, Fatmelo would serve no purpose here

And yes I do despise WOAT, check out my avi

nikka yes.
Dwight was a massive upgrade over soft ass Horford. Tristan Tompson would look like Wilt against us when we had Horford. Howard shut all that shyt down. It aint his fault Bud and Wes Wilcox dumb asses traded our shooters away. Schroder still need to learn how to run the offense.

The media has tricked yall into thinking Dwight is just a horrible teammate but everyone who has ever met him says the opposite

Dwight doesn't play as hard as the centers the warriors use. Putbacks come from effort, Dwight doesn't always show that.

Honestly dwights biggest problem is not accepting what he is at this point in his career. He still wants touches like he is a superstar when he should actually just play more like tristan thompson. He doesn't want to though, which is why we couldn't have him on the court in crunchtime. He pouts and plays lazy when he doesn't get the ball.

Aint no conspiracy tho, dwight isnt trying to be here if were going to rebuild. So let schlenk eliminate that distraction before it happens. I don't want his personality around our young players during this rebuild.

If Dwight would have accepted his role as a role player for putbacks and rebounds I'd have been okay with him, but when we force the ball to him in the post it's either him getting stripped, throwing the ball away or bricking the shot after some robotic post moves.

Nah I don't buy that at all. Dwight has been a vet in this league for over a decade and ever since he's been in the league he's always had issues with teammates/coaches. From Stan Van Gundy in ORL, D'Antoni and Kobe in LA, Harden in HOU, Dwight has a history of run ins with his own team. Chris Vivlamore of the AJC (Hawks beat writer) documented his on the court & off the court relationships with this year's team and it's legit. I think saying this is "the media ganging up on Dwight" is fake news. Dwight had his share of issues and I can understand the Hawks wanting to move on if he is seen as a negative influence on a young roster and doesn't fit well anyway. I disliked the execution of the trade but if the Hawks felt he wasn't the right fit then I'm not mad at them for moving on

I agree. The only thing anybody can have a beef with at this point is trade value and that's fair. But we can't act like dwight is a martyr for our sins as a franchise lol:mjlol:

Kobe was upset cause Dwight is a goofy ass dude. That's her personality you cant be mad at that..and besides Harden being a ball hog, I havent heard of off the court issues they had. They both like strippers so I dont see what issues there could be off the court.

Vivlamore is a fakkit. He was on 92.9 the other day talking about how Dwight was a cancer in the locker room and how one time Dwight didnt answer some questions for him. It sounded like he had a vendetta against Dwight..Mike Conte, who is on 92.9 and who does pregame for the Hawks said that doesnt sound like the Dwight he knows. Other show producers from the station and teammates have shouted Howard out on Instagram praising him as a good dude and how folks paint him out to be a bad person in the locker room, which he is not.
