We really don't got any cap room.

For 2018, the Hawks will have 55 million committed salary to 7 players. With Crawford, I'm gone keep his 3 million partially guaranteed salary. Assuming you keep all three 1st rounders, that adds another 10ms to the cap for 65 million.

Adding Tim ruins most of the cap space. Now with this, there is no one worth paying for the 2018 free agency except for Favors. Hometown kid that fits a need at center. This team will roughly have 35 million in cap space if they stand pat.

Of course the ATL
I disagree on Muhammad, if he can get down to about 210lbs he'd be a very good scorer at the 2, his issues have always been that he was behind Wiggins & LaVine and they had to play him at SF (only 6'6"). If the whole goal is to rebuild, letting someone like Hardaway go and getting a cheaper alternative should be the move.

I like him more than Hardaway who seems to be a feast or famine type of scorer.

Unless you see Shabazz as a member of GS East (which is what Schlenk wants to build here), he wouldn't be a good fit. Schlenk values shooting above all else. He was a 34% 3 point shooter and is 32% for his career and a negative plus/minus last yr and for his career. You're talking about getting lesser production where the team needs it for a guy who doesn't really shoot it well in a shooting league or make alotta of winning plays. He's a role player who isn't as good a shooter as THJR or capable of being a dominant scorer as THJR showed he could be last yr. I'll pass
