Schlenk already said he doesn't want a Sixers style "rebuild" so for as stripped down as the roster is right now I'd still expect Schlenk to get some vets who will get us to 25-30 wins

No reason to believe what Schlenk says but does. Says Sap is a priority, but doesn't offer him a contract. Says Dwight has a place on the team, but trades him soon afterwards.

He almost does exactly opposite of what he says. He's not breaking down this roster just to blow the money on fringe FAs. The following two seasons he will go after the bigger name players. This season will be first year Mike Woodson esque.

Great points. I do think at his core is cap flexibility and acquiring assets, I think that's been consistent with most of the moves he's made so far (I can debate the Dwight trade, but anyway).

As far as the wins that's harder to gage because we still don't know what this team will ultimately look like. But I will say this: This team has changed dramatically in the past yr (philosophically, roster construction, style of play) so it wouldn't surprise me if what Schlenk wants isn't what he gets. What i would like to see is a team that's gonna play hard, get up & down the court and scores the basketball. Just really interested to see how Bud ball matches up with Schlenk players

This off season has fire works before the 4th and afterwards. The fukkery has no limits. I want KCP, but BKY will give him the max no question.

Jamal Crawford and Atlanta Hawks have come to terms on a buyout, league sources tell ESPN.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
He's asking for more than Timmy.

The teams with available caproom is down to around 6 teams, nobody is going to give him exactly what he's asking for and it's too much of a risk to sign a 1 year deal especially since teams wont have as much caproom next season. Now that the cap has normalized a bit it'll be harder for teams to create big space.

What is fukked up is that Stan waited until now to release him, had he done it sooner I'm willing to bet the Knicks or Sixers would have jumped at the chance to sign him. As it stands, the Hawk and Nets will be the only teams that will be able to give him market value.
