Heaven on Earth
I've been saying this for years - that's how Missouri got clipped in the tournament last year, and Norfolk State had a decent post player which just did Mizzou in all together

but :pacspit: @ y'all niccas dissing HBCUs in this thread. negs on deck, pussies.

Aside from basketball HBCU's are great and fukked up at the same time.. The professors I had were great and Im still friends with some to this day... And the females :noah: (this includes some of the counselors and professors)

But they can be petty and unprofessional as fukk and the facilities are :flabbynsick:

I've lived in the projects and my tenement was nicer than my freshmen dorm room...Plus nikkas was fighting way too much...Including the frats.. So I had to eventually get my degree elsewhere...

I respect the ones that have their shyt together...But unfortunately they are few and far between... I wish more alumni would donate and the funds would be managed better...

Everywhere
:krs:

As someone that actually had a cup of coffee on an HBCU roster and played against top D1 talent, the difference in talent at the guard positions isn't that far apart...

The problem occurs at the 3,4, and 5 spots....That's when the men get separated from the boys and HBCU's get their dreams crushed...6'3" power forwards aren't the move

:wow:

If you are 6'8" and taller and can play you are going to a BCS level conference......

There are a lot of 6'1" nikkas in the country that can really play but there just aren't enough spots so they end up going HBCU, Division 2 or NAIA...
HBCUs get tall players but they're usually trash.

The Texas HBCUs are ghetto af, especially TSU, i think its easier to get into TSU then it is to get into a JC :heh:

In 5 years who knows...however I would applaud if some top tier players would agree to play @ a HBCU. Sorta like the Fab Five. All it takes is something to occur along those lines and HBCU's could build upon the story and the media coverage.
