Definitely. You can see the guys have learned and developed individually and as a team. The ball movement has improved and they seem to be more understanding of where each other are on the court and the spots they like. I've enjoyed watching them grow.
Cade making teammates better already. Wait till he get a better quality of teammates and the sky is the limit.

Quality L

Refs killed Pistons momentum then Derozen just went off

Cade won’t win ROY but clearly best of his class

Like Bagley athleticism and hustle. If he gets consistent with the 3 ball he could be a problem. But with Stewart out no one to protect rim

Case has done pretty good job with this team. Young guys developing and they play hard as hell every night
That defense he play is terrible. He cannot get minutes on a productive team playing like that.

What’s wild is he tries he just has bad instincts. If Casey manages to help get him to average he’s tough but atm he’s a solid off the bench big. Cade and Kill look like different players with him out there on offense.

If he got it going offensively he can get 15-20 minutes off the bench. As basically a gunner 6 man. But starting oh no. It damn near looked like 4 Vs 5 on offense for vuvivec last night.

Kelly was cooking Vucci by contrast. But yeah without stew is not having any semblance of a paint defender was clear. Lavine and Demar got so many foul calls with smaller guys trying to stop them but they clearly couldn’t. Also when Bey is off it’s damn near impossible for us to win games

I believe bey is a nba starter. But he never gonna be a 1A or 2nd option to Cade. That’s why we need to be finding that player in the draft this year. We won’t be this close to the top of the draft again after this season with Cade.

Bey is just so streaky. Hard to tell how good he can truly be. He can get hot and drop 30 but then shoot 1-9 the next game. But he could a best a third option of a big three if he got some consistency

Biggest question with roster is what to do with Grant. He has accepted secondary role to Cade. Grant, Bey, Cade look great together since allstar break. Unless we get Chet or Jabari I’m starting to think they should just keep Grant

Cade
Ivey/Sharpe
Bey
Grant
FA C (Ayton, mamba, Mitchell, Drummond)

with Hayes, Bagley, Livers, Stewart, Diallo bench would be nice. Maybe sign Sexton as a sixth man

I think depending on the pick we get will decide what we do with Grant. If we get top 3? Grant on the first plane to Portland

I like jabari and Chet but Ivey is impressing me more and more on a team with zero fukking spacing
He part of the spacing issue too:lolbron: Hella explosive but that nikka ain't got a reliable jumper. He get that consistent and he a problem. He more straight line explosive than shifty like Morant or even Wade was.
