Cade definitely an alpha. You can tell he wants to be that guy.

He’s not explosive but his lack of athleticism critique is BS. He will be able to do what he wants out there eventually especially when his shyt starts falling
Yeah, the athleticism thing has been highly overstated. He pushes the pace and doesn't seem to have any problem getting space to get a good shot off. He ain't gonna be blowing by nikkas or just drinking on muthafukkas, but everything I've seen shows that his game can be highly effective. And with no real training camp or preseason to get reps in, you can see him getting more comfortable with each game. nikka ain't scared of the moment or deterred by an off shooting night. He got supreme confidence in his abilities, and that's the shyt I love, especially because he's not playing a bonehead style of basketball. Him going at KD and getting the shots he wanted against his length was a great sign.

Looking at this he only had about 3 or 4 bad plays the whole night. A ton of good plays and good decisions with shots that I expect he'll make on a regular basis as he continues to get more comfortable as he gets used to the speed and his teammates.

Edit: This nikka Blaha must really love the alliteration in Cade's name. He says his full name damn near every time:russ:

Killian looks way better off ball. He’s actually a good catch and shoot guy so far in his career. Just keep Cade as primary ball handler because those two together was working. Cade has track record of being good shooter so his shot will start dropping eventually and he should have had way more assist this game. Should be triple double threat every night

Grant had great first half but him and Bey are ball stoppers. Way too many long 2s this year for Grant.

So was KCP:sadcam:

but he should turn it around

Strength and craftiness is/and will always work for him. Big boi'd two strong cats like KD and Harden with no problem. Breh is like a boxer that has the technical advantage going into all of his fights to account for any lack of athleticism, on some Andre Ward shyt.

KCP was projected to become a good shooter but never actually shot at high percentage. He was was just a flat out scorer at Georgia. Cade has shown he can shoot. Big difference between KCP and Cade is bball iq. KCP always seemed a bit slow

bruh. Didn’t mention iq in the post. We talking shooting and shooting only.

the quote is “The trey is his layup. One-man show at Georgia — any possession where he found space to fire was a good possession.”

he was projected to be a shooter in the league cuz he was known to be one at Ga. I lived in Ga at the time.

I did. I mentioned the shooting. Are you really gonna pretend to be obtuse? You missed my point? :jbhmm:
Kcp ain’t on no level near Cade to ever mention they names together. Not coming out of college not ever. Shooting or anything else.

Bball IQ has alot to do with shooting. Shot selection, spacing, creating own offense require intelligence.

Saben is playing w/ anger and I don't blame him. There is no reason why Saben shouldn't be splitting minutes with Corey.
