From what I've read most black men aren't married period. Only 5% of white women are married to black men according to a Google search. It's like 25% for black men but they are only 4% of the population. You also have to take into account the high incarceration rates and the gay population which can discount men from the eligible pool.

The baby mama rate is disgustingly high but black women also are having less children. Their birth rates dropped a lot.

I wouldn't say women though because I have seen both black men and black women use marriage rates in arguments against swirlers to say black men are loyal.

Personally I don't think marriage rates prove loyalty or disloyalty.
