And just where are the Canadian BW/WM marriage statistics? As far as I know, Canada doesn't even collect such statistics on race and marriage, so you'll need data for you assertion. As for the USA rate, it's low sample size and the fact the black women are so desperate and needy that they won't divorce the cacs (women control divorce, study implies). This despieration is borne out by the fact studies find average black women who marries outside her race does so to the greatest net marrying down difference of all women, which includes all women do date both within and outside their race.
