First, plenty of black fathers are involved in their children's lives. But it's not like men are the ones who determine much in children anyway. Women primarily raise children, not men. It is mothers who have the most effect on children, not fathers:

In other words, whether fathers are involved is mostly irrelevant. Mothers are mostly to blame for either having knowledge and ability or not having knowledge and ability, and raising children to that standard. This goes for blacks and whites. So stop blaming "black fathers".
