How U Luv That???
like anywhere else matters.
The east ain't had a say so in whats hot since the mid 00's.
like anywhere else matters.
i'm pretty sure Prince Paul did all the beats on the first album except 1 or 2. RZA did most of the second album, even tho i haven't listened to it since it dropped (pretty much) i remember it having a very Wu Tang Forever type sound but not as gooddont forget that sh1t he did with prince paul as the gravediggaz
I'd put them over rza too. Rza pete rock primo all them east coast nikkas are grossly overrated. Although i'm a fan of work from all of them,i dont think they're as great as people say.
I honestly dont remember ironman,ob4cl, or liquid swords being hot on the streets ever. Maybe in the east but thats it
from 97-00 he produced these albums in full..
B.G. - It's All on U, Vol. 1
B.G. - It's All On U Vol. 2
Hot Boys - Get It How U Live!
Juvenile - Solja Rags
Big Tymers - How You Luv That
Juvenile - 400 Degreez
B.G. - Chopper City in the Ghetto
Hot Boys - Guerrilla Warfare
Juvenile - Tha G-Code
Lil Wayne - Tha Block Is Hot
from a production standpoint...all those albums were insane breh
and big tymers "i got that work" was like the year after that..

RZA>>>>. top 3 producer, so versatile and the way he flips samples is just unfukkwithable (what he did with Snakes )
but about Dre, I've always heard about him getting 'help' producing shyt and I get the impression he hasn't made a beat in years.
but was he getting his beats ghostwritten back in his prime or did that only star up later?
Gonna get hate for this, but... El-P:
- Company Flow: Funcrusher Plus
- Cannibal Ox: Cold Vein
- El-P: Fantastic Damage
- Mr. Lif: I Phantom (production)
- Cage: Hell's Winter (production)
- El-P: I'll Sleep When You're Dead
Quite a run, if you ask me...
But, I'll admit, it's an acquired taste. I like it...
