Will we ever see a producer have a run like RZA did from 36 chambers...

Gonna get hate for this, but... El-P:

- Company Flow: Funcrusher Plus
- Cannibal Ox: Cold Vein
- El-P: Fantastic Damage
- Mr. Lif: I Phantom (production)
- Cage: Hell's Winter (production)
- El-P: I'll Sleep When You're Dead

Quite a run, if you ask me... :leon:
But, I'll admit, it's an acquired taste. I like it...

Wouldn't say it's the better run, because imo RZA's is unmatched (and it will stay that way, there won't be a new brand or complete subculture like that with so many timeless classics).
But, props to you for bringing up El-Producto, he deserves to be mentioned.

:rudy: at even thinking Dre is close

and someone actually said Kanye??? :dead::dead::dead::dead:

Considering the quality, impact, and influence of the albums Dre worked on from '88-'93, it is at the very least arguable. It's not like those albums were just some forgettable LP's that people just threw in the bushes over the past two, three decades. Those albums are still important. In fact, they are some of the most important albums in Hip Hop.

:laff: mannie fresh....no one gives a fukk about any of those albums minus 400 Degreez, and that still doesnt stack up to rzas best.

And yet, they all managed to go platinum or close to it. Dont disrespect Fresh, nikka is a genius. Him being better than RZA is just a matter of opinion.

I'd put them over rza too. Rza pete rock primo all them east coast nikkas are grossly overrated. Although i'm a fan of work from all of them,i dont think they're as great as people say.
I honestly dont remember ironman,ob4cl, or liquid swords being hot on the streets ever. Maybe in the east but thats it
