I see the uppity nikkas out in full force.....Most of that food is eaten globally, but in tried and true insecure fashion, certain white folks done made nikkas ashamed to claim it.....
A lot of that shyt aint healthy perse, but I will take homemade neckbones over a number 5 from(insert fast food joint here) anyday...

in fact look up the few countries that do not have mcdonalds. Ghana and jamaica are on that list. We don't want ya poison. Keep that alone g with that southern yabbage. Part of the reason the bible belt has fukkin 60 percent obesity rate.

Nah I'm just african and know how we eat. I've traveled to many places the diaspora has reached and there is a consistency with how we eat until you get to america. Go to bahia in Brazil they eat a lot of Palm oil so do west africans. Afro Caribbean dishes mirror those from west africa. That clearly shows that black Americans took far more from their slave masters in regard to their dietary practices.

I dont care for it, but it gets rave reviews by many if you know how to prepare it and cook it.
As long as Louisiana is on the map those thing aint going anywhere.

Its not extinct over here. but I've notice this generation and most likely next generation has no idea how to cook. The other day I was thinking about the future of a thanksgiving.
