Look the question of this thread was obviously geared towards black americans. Bunch of caribbeans and Africans coming in here and for what? You guys have your own cuisine, you don't even have a dog in this fight
didn't I concede that creole food has west african influence in an earlier post? Haven't I said all along that out of all those effected by the diaspora black Americans have retained the least amount of their ancestors cooking methods and adopted far more eurocentric methods compared to Caribbean and South american diaspora descendants? I invite u to read back through the thread.
