No, he won't. Kendrick is hyped up and gassed up but the numbers tell a different a story. He hasn't headlined his own tour because he can't. He keeps making weirdo music instead of making genuinely mainstream music not out of some sense of artistic integrity but because he knows he'll fail.

It's amazing how every one you can possibly meet thinks he's the greatest thing in rap and yet he can't even outsell J.Cole. J.COLE. :heh:

For all the praise and accolades calling it a "masterpiece" and "classic", TPAB has yet to even sell a million copies. Hasn't even sold 900K. :francis: He's an artist that even swears they publicly like in order to gain cool points, but no one actually fukks with in the privacy of their homes. Again, the numbers don't lie. People can't even be bothered to stream his shyt.:pachaha:

Career-wise, he's destined to be the Nas (although Nas's music was actually enjoyable to listen to) of this generation, which isn't a bad thing but it is what it is.:manny:

Except for the fact that Nas is a brilliant, charismatic rapper with tons of enjoyable, deep songs.

While Duckworth is an unintelligent, dull rapper with tons of unlistenable, fake-deep songs

He sold out arenas in Australia in March, he could do an arena tour in the US, but it's just not profitable enough. He can do festivals and earn an easy million or more with minimal effort and expenses paid or tour for months stressing about budgets and ticket sales. He probably planned touring after TPAB but saw the effort it took and that he was getting booked for summer festivals and said fukk that shyt. :manny:

He earned more than J.Cole doing festivals in 2015 than Cold did from his tour. FHD tour grossed 20 million, but he has to pay a shytload of people that were on tour with him.

one of the biggest artist in the game can't do a big profitable tour in America? So Jay drake and others could make more doing festivals but they won't? Ok

:francis:It's too early for this.

Kendrick hate gotta stop.

He released the best hip hop album in years, won 6 Grammys off it, just deal with it.

According to yall only white people listen to Kendrick, yet now he can't appeal to those same white people and tour arenas?:comeon:

Yall saw all of his live performances over the last two years, amazing, I'm sure he a tour would be amazing. Plus He's only two albums in, one more and I'm sure he will.

TPAB has sold nearly 900k in the US and is at 1.3m world wide breh. Pretty damn impressive given that it had 0 radio presence unlike Cole. It's already platinum with streams and will be plat with pure sales in a couple months so...

He went on a notable tour for GKMC
Kendrick Lamar Announces "good kid, m.A.A.d city" World Tour

As I said I see zero evidence he can't do a big tour. Could he sell out MSG last year with TPAB? No. Neither could Cole after his second album. I'm assuming Kendrick will maintain popularity with his next album and release something the masses want. I mean he's working with Metro, Southside, Mike Will and other big producers alongside Quik and Terrace Martin. He'll be fine.

Kendrick needs to leave TDE though but it'll never happen.

who's hating?
It's a very valid question actually. He's being compared to the current top brass, whom he's supposedly amongst.

Lol at current top brass. He's Def the best amongst his class, which yes, includes Drake. Don't bring up sales, or non of that other shyt. 50 outsold Kanye, Kanye eventually surpassed him because he had better music.

In terms of arena tours, TPAB didn't have that type of sound towards it, plain and simple.

Yall acting like he tried to put on a arena tour and it failed miserably :martin:

I'm sure that's coming soon.

Him being the best is your opinion.
Him being among the highest selling rappers of the 2010's is a fact.
Him not headlining a Large venued tour despite his "sales" is a fact too.

The difference between what kendrick vs drake & kanye vs 50 is vast.
Kanye removed 50 with hit records,by continuously making them while 50 slowed down. Kendrick has big trouble making hit records and singles rarely resonate with the general public. Critics try to help him but that's not enough, He needs them songs that define the year in which they drop. Drake has killed him in that department and shows no signs of letting up.

:dame:

So we finna act like Kendrick is an underground artist whose debut album didn't go plat now with these low ass standards and goal post moving? :patrice::comeon: :heh:

:dead:

I know you know that you're bullshytting and full of shyt by stating J.Cole gets the same level of backing and establishment co-signs as Kendrick.:dame:

Kendrick has "zero" radio presence yet he released 4/5 singles (that were immediately praised by the disingenuous cac media) from that cacophonous album of his. :duck:
