LOL.

stop it slime.

tickets sold out in the venues i kept track of in minutes, and resell prices were 4-5x ticket price :beli: but yeah ok he couldnt sell out bigger arenas. Theres no way he couldnt sell out at the same pace as J Cole, its dumb as fukk to think otherwise. He's on festivals as the biggest hip hop act, his name is selling tickets out here

you realize that performance was done on mainstream prime time tv right? :francis:
:russ:

I swear Kendrick can't do shyt to satisfy some of yall. Breh puts out a jazz/funk/spoken word rap album and people out here accusing him of making music for white people.
:why:

Performs The Blacker The Berry at the Grammys and neguses like "but that was network television,it wasn't daring or interesting"
:childplease:

Go diversify your ears. Maybe go listen to some Miles Davis and other "cac music" huh:francis:

According to yall only white people listen to Kendrick, yet now he can't appeal to those same white people and tour arenas?:comeon:

Word. I rarely, rarely fux with K Dot's music, but i'll be damn if he cant sell out a 10-15K venue to them white folks. :usure:

I'm not gonna shyt on him like that. Y'all starting to let this hate shyt run too deep. :mindblown:

It isn't "cac music" but white people definitely liked his latest shyt more than black people--at least the high school-aged kids anyway. They played Cole's shyt more too.

I don't know. :yeshrug: But I assume he could do a venue tour at some point in his career. He's certainly popular enough. I doubt he'd do it with TPAB, considering the nature of that album, but his next one could get him there. It could be his management that's not booking him those shows. TDE should be a lot bigger than what it is, but right now it feels like it's only Kendrick carrying the label. And I like everyone on TDE.

It's up to Kendrick, though. I can't imagine that he made TPAB and thought that he was going to sell out stadiums with that one. Hip Hop isn't that mature yet. It's hard to say. If they didn't feel like he was going to do well, it's better that they never booked him any shows than have him out here looking like Iggy Azalea and Tinashe.

Honestly he's out grown his label. They should've been made this happen. He needs to leave them gangstas and sign to Jay and start getting that live nation money

:pachaha:kendrick does large stadium events internationally which are 'Livenation's' own tours x events :francis: :sas2:

they arent doing the bookings , they are holding the events themselves and backing the kid to make them $$$$

I honestly believe its just not an album to perform. Some of the songs are but for the most part it's not. He got better live material on his latest though. He probably waiting to release a little more new material
who's talking bout this album, we're talking his career in general. His popularity is looking funny in the light and the responses in here make little sense.
There's no meat and potatoes to back up his so called stardom.
It's,"he jammed with so and so, so and so said this about him, they gave him this award, he performed at these awards". But when you look at him own his own in America, it's lil shows for someone of his so called stature. They recently came out with the YouTube popularity charts, and he really ain't popping, it just ain't looking good

Ok,what about his own free standing tours? Why no big tours like the artists mentioned in the OP?

Nicki has done huge tours
Drake has
J.cole has
Kanye has (in the 2010's)
Jay has in the 2010's
Wayne has
