The Mudsill theory dictates that an underclass is necessary...right now Black America is that underclass (whether we like it or not)
The Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt were never the upper class. The military have always run things in post colonial Egypt. This is why the US supported Hosni Mubarak for so long because he was a flunkie. The Brotherhood under the leadership of Mursi recently (a few years ago) won a democratic election and were in power very briefly before the military came in and ousted them.
The Muslim Brotherhood were engratiated into power, which is why the US orchestrated military coup you are refering to... not sure why you are using the State Dept lingo calling it an ousting... required military force supported and funded by an outside superpower. If they were without a consolidated power, a coup would not have been required at all as an electoral process could have been used to remove them, or simply waiting would mean their time in office would end.
The US orchestrated a coup and bought the military because the Muslim Brotherhood completey unseated their (the US's) previous puppet (Mubarak) and toppled the leadership the US appointed, making themselves the defacto ruling class of Egypt as the US puppets were imprisoned. But, as I stated, the MB's error was in not executing the US puppet egyptian traitors, because in the following and most recent coup they were simply released from prison and then they murdered the MB.
You cannot have mercy on evil men. It will always come back to bite you.
All this to seal aid to Palestine and support evil zionist jews.
Nonethless, but both coups are examples of the ruling class changing hands.
The major thing stopping such a change in America is the brainwashing of the currently oppressed people to believe this rhetoric that violence is bad and violence never solves anything, etc. Violence solves everything.
This is why the powers that enjoy the lopsidded system are in perpetual fear of anarchy.
The answer is not filling paperwork, or sit-ins, or holding signs. Historically, the answer is always as simple as picking up a cinder block and bashing in the skull of the person making your life hard until none of those people are left.
